Once you've found the home you want to buy, together we'll complete a purchase and sales agreement. This is a contract between you and the seller outlining the details of the property transfer. The purchase and sales agreement usually consists of the following pages.
*Purchase and Sales Agreement
*Earnest money receipt
*Financing addendum
*Inspection addendum
*Conditions/disclosure addendum
such as lead paint disclosure if the home is older than 1978.
*Contingency addendum - when appropriate
such as a feasibility study if you are buying vacant land
*Addendum outlining special conditions
*Agency disclosure
